-One bedroom in a shared apartment (Available December 20th) -1.5 shared bathrooms in apartment, shared kitchen, shared living room -Rent is $890/month, paid on the first of the month; $600 security deposit -Electric and wifi split between three people, all other utilities are paid by the landlord -3 roommates rotate/share 1 assigned parking spot during the day, but can park in the building’s parking lot at night (there’s a practicing doctor’s office below us who uses the rest of the parking lot during the day) -Ample street parking -Free laundry in basement -Apartment has attic storage space and an extra closet for storage

The apartment is within walking distance from Church Street shops (which includes a BUNCH of restaurants, Starbucks, boutiques, chain stores, etc). There’s a Krauser’s right next door and a CVS within walking distance. 10 minutes from Montclair State, about 25 from Newark.

The room will be available as of December 20th, but things can be brought over and stored before then in a locked basement. The $600 security deposit can be split into multiple payments if needed. December’s rent would be $350 (obviously flexible depending on move day), and I’m planning to pay all December utilities.

Roommates are both in their early/mid 20s, queer and VERY 420 friendly. Living room anime/chill/gaming hangouts are very common. Both like to keep the apartment pretty neat (the messes you see are mostly because of my move). Small animals are ok and don’t have an additional fee. One roommate has a free roaming bunny named Humphrey, and I have two cats (both are coming with me, but just disclosing in case of allergies). Roommates prefer someone queer and don’t want dogs.
