We have a single room for rent, ( 110 Square ft. ), in a 4 bedroom house and 3 FULL bathrooms. We are very close to the 805 HWY, the 5 HWY, and the 52 HWY, and minutes to the 163 HWY, which makes it very easy to get around San Diego. On top of that, we are only a 10 minute drive to the Beach. We are in a track home area that is surrounded by Shopping Centers, Restaurants, variety of multiple stores, gas stations, bus stops, and even the DMV. Everything is within a 5 to 10 minute walk.
Share a Spacious house with 3 other Professional Roommates. There is In-house laundry. Plenty of parking on the street. The house is located at the beginning of a cul-de-sas street, therefore, there is plenty of parking with no traffic flowing thru. We are asking for $ 1,000.oo a month for the rent, with a Security Deposit of $ 1,000.oo. Your rent will include Utilities, Wi-Fi, Water, Electricity, Gas, Garbage, & a Gardner. There is NO Extra Storage on the property. We are looking for a Full Time Professional Employed person who is respectful, outgoing, Honest, easy to get along with, and very clean.
