This is everything included. water, electric internet I have some furnishings here already If you need more or you can bring your own.
lake house property with community swimming pool, basketball court and children’s playground. renovated kitchen includes 100mg inet and other utilities. two rooms both approx 10.5x11.5 carpet in both professionally cleaned. 11x16 screened in porch. electric vehicle charging available. If you need room furnishings they can probably be provided.
About the roomies
My name is Jon and I’m only here for a couple hours during the day, part time and maybe one night a week, I use the house as a place to stay in between deliveries at work. there are two rooms for rent so you basically have the house yourself.
