Room is furnished with only a desk (in photo). Utilities are included in the rent (electricity, trash, water, internet, gas). Cleaning supplies and toilet paper are included as well. All four roommates must share a full bath and a half bath. Laundry available in house. Parking is drive-way/street parking.
