About the room
We have a room to rent, available in Jan 1st in need of a roommate. (FEMALE preferably.) NO COUPLES. Shared bathroom with another female roommate. We have pets at home, so no additional pets to be added = DOG lover. Must have a full time job, additional 3+ paystub. Limited parking. Rent is $750 everything is included + $300 security deposit. Washer & dryer included. The area is super quiet, we live 15 mins away from MCO airport orlando.
