All rooms are filled except for the last room which is 10x10 and has a tiny walk-in closet and shared hallway bathroom. Perfect for a student or full-time busy professional.

Rent for the room is $1,000 per month as well and there will also be a room/ security deposit equal to the monthly rent. Rent does not include utilities and that will be based upon usage for the month.

The house comes with A/C, a Garage, a W/D, a large backyard two off-street parking spots, and has been completely redone over the summer. The house is unfurnished and you can bring with you whatever furniture you have.
