I have a pool, several gas powered bon fire pits in my backyard, I have a home gym with free weights and squat rack, a beautiful tropical themed backyard that looks like Disneyland at night because it’s all lit up, I have a pond with turtles and fish to sit next to and enjoy. My backyard neighbor also has an avocado tree that we get avocadoes from, so that’s also a plus if you love free avocados. I live in a quiet neighborhood near Kaiser hospital, Fontana. The room is furnished with a full-sized comfortable bed, 2 nightstands, good size closet, tv and internet. Access to the kitchen and common areas and washer/dryer are in the garage. Plenty of food options nearby, including taco stands on the weekends. I also have 4 adorable dogs that live here and are friendly when they get to know you, but don’t come in the house because they are in my second backyard area. There is an additional bathroom in the detached garage as well for use.

I have a female roommate who has lived with me for two years now in the main house. My elderly parents live in my 1/2 acre backyard too, who rarely come in the main house. My female roomie leaves for work at 8 am and doesn’t come back home until late because she goes to the gym after work. I leave for work at 2 pm, but I’m outside all morning doing projects. My house is quiet and I don’t really like people over, so if that’s what you want to do, my house isn’t for you. I just want someone quiet who wants a safe place to rest their head at night. I’d ask you keep the kitchen area and shared bathroom clean.
