Room available on May 1st, 2024. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood in Spring Hill.

Rent of $800 is due on the first of every month, and all utilities are included. The room has a separate entrance, but the bathroom is shared. All common areas will be shared, and you will share a refrigerator with the other roommate. Please note that there are cats and a small service dog, so no additional animals are allowed.

A required criminal background check will be conducted.

What is due on the first day of move-in is as follows:

• Non-refundable application fee: $25.00
• First month’s rent: $800.00
• Last month’s rent: $800.00

I am a mother of three grown children, each following a unique path. My oldest serves in the Navy, committed to protecting our country. My middle child is in the Air Force, and is married to a fellow service member, forging a life of service and dedication. Meanwhile, my youngest has chosen the artistry of barbering. With all of them having moved out, my home is quiet, but my days are filled with work. My partner, Jacob, has transitioned to working from home after years of being a paramedic. His battle with COVID prompted this change, and now he diligently works from our home, bringing a sense of calm and purpose to our lives.
