Friendly, quiet neighborhood in East Boca Raton, 1.5 miles to FAU campus, one mile to beach, walking distance to Publix, Aldi and many other eateries including: pizza, coffee shops, carvel, bakeries and more. My husband and I rent 2 private bedrooms in our home. The 2 tenants share a bathroom and laundry room, one of the bedrooms is currently occupied by an FAU master’s degree student.
