Current roommate is terminating his lease at the end of December to move to Utah to be closer to family. The new roommate will take over the second bedroom with his own bathroom outside of the room in a 2-Bed 2-Bath 785 SF cozy house in City Heights. The house is fully furnished and equipped. Your room will have a queen bed and a bed-frame (no mattress), and 2 closets (one in the room, one immediately outside of the bedroom). Keep in mind that the room can be rented fully vacant without anything in it as well, so let me know what your preference is. There is only a wall-mount installed on the wall for your TV should you want to bring your TV and mount it.

MONTH-TO-MONTH TERMS: $1,495 Monthly Rent + $1000 Refundable Security Deposit + Water/SDGE Monthly Utilities + Common-Use Purchases Split (Kitchen Paper Towels, Cleaning Products, Trash Bags, etc.)

I’m a 34 year old single male professional and a serial entrepreneur, with no kids or pets, working in the commercial real estate industry. My day-to-day is very disciplined and balanced. As much as I’m productive and physically active going to the gym and playing soccer weekly, I like to drink, go out and enjoy my time with friends on the weekends when appropriate - Sunday evenings, I plan for the week ahead. I’m looking for non-coupled male candidates as this is a rental for 2 people only, including myself. I’m very clean and respectful, and that’s also expected from you. I’m laidback, and the common areas are always kept clean and neat, and that would be both of our responsibilities. The backyard has a shed, which I’ve set up a beer pong table in for friends to come and enjoy their time, along with a hand-built fire-pit for colder nights under string lights installed throughout the backyard. I’m 420 and hookah-friendly, and you should be okay with both. I enjoy cooking or grilling out, and expect to hang out, socialize, and interact with my future rommmate.
