You will have a beautiful room furnished but if you like it can become unfurnished, 30 in flat screen TV all utilities included. I have Hulu, Netflix, Amazon prime and spectrum so you will be able to watch anything you desire. You have your own bathroom there is an in ground pool. I’ve converted one of the bedrooms into a small den which is where I watch TV you will have full access to the Grand room which has a flat screen TV and a pull out sleeper sofa company’s okay as long as you let me know and there will not be company every night. You are welcome to watch TV with me if you like. You will have your own refrigerator, I prefer someone over 45 and all seniors are welcome. I will negotiate on pets. Obviously no drug addicts or alcoholics. No major rules just clean up after yourself you will have full access to the kitchen, there’s a brand new Weber grill on the Lanai you have access to. You will have access to a brand new washer and dryer and if we can get the garage cleaned out you can park your car in the garage. You don’t need to help me with cleaning out the garage this all depends on how much storage you need. Stop by you will be very happy.😀
