About the room
Repost, updating with videos and photos. Serious inquires only, looking for someone to take over my lease from now until January. Lease ends July 2024. It’s MAA uptown near Bank of America stadium, spectrum center and walkable to cvs and Harris teeter. $1150 all together with utilities. We had a girl fall through, so December rent is free with free application fee. 🙃 -Must be female in early 20s -must be okay with a small 3 lb chihuahua puppy -non smoker no children -clean and respectful -and a nice person!💗
