Hello!! I am looking someone to take over my lease for the school year. This lease runs until August 31st 2024, with options to renew. We are in a FURNISHED 2 story townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You would be living with 3 respectful and quiet roommates that identify as female. We are looking for someone to rent the single room with the price of $795 + 37 dollars in utilities. This room can be doubled at the arrangement of the potential renters.

We are conveniently located in North Davis, with The Marketplace (Safeway, Peet’s Coffee, CVS Pharmacy) and the SaveMart Plaza (SaveMart, FireWings, Sushi Bar) being walking distance, and downtown and campus being less than 7 minutes away. Street parking is free, but you are also able to obtain a parking pass through the leasing management.

We are looking for a roommate who is preferably female identified. We do expect cleanliness (like actually clean) of any shared living spaces. No dogs or cats allowed, but small animals are perfectly fine as long they are well kept.
