Hamilton Street

I am renting out the second bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment located right next to Hobart and Smith College on Hamilton Street in Geneva with Wegmans no more than a 5-minute walk across the street. I rent from Holiday Manor apartments, a year-long sub-lease would have to be signed prior to moving in. You will have : separate room, spacious closet, hallway closet for extra storage. I have a Tv stand and TV with Roku you can borrow while here. Apartment comes with : Fully furnished, kitchen complete with everything you need (I used to be a full-time cook so have most tools/utensils, we can talk more about that) Very spacious living room with secional, 55“ TV, recliner. Whats mine is yours and whats yours is yours! Relatively spcious balcony with cafe style chairs and coffee table.

I am a very easygoing guy who likes the nightlife, cooking, music, wine, and movies! I have a 8-month-old year old cat, Tucker, who is pretty energetic but pleasant. I work a typical 8-hour shift with weekends off for most of the year besides harvest season (currently working full-time in a wine cellar). I only ask the roommate to be clean, respect quiet hours during weeknights, and contribute when needed chores-wise. If you have any other questions just let me know!
