Ashley's room

Located off of Columbia Ave in Franklin, TN. Walking distance to Target and Kroger and a short drive to downtown Franklin. Apartment complex has a pool, gym, walking paths, and outdoor grill areas. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with large closets, ample storage space, in unit washer and dryer, and a covered balcony area. I have it mostly furnished with couches, TV, kitchen appliances, dishware, and a coffee table. There is room for you to bring a dining table/desk.

I’m 32 years old, college educated, and work from home 90% of the time. I have 2 very sweet cats that spend most of their time with me in my room. More often than not, I’m in my room reading or in the living room lounging and watching a show. I keep a clean home since it’s where I spend most of my time! I just moved here in April from Montana and would love the chance to get to know more people and make some friends! I work in the social services field which requires a background check so nothing to worry about there! I like for my home to be a relaxing, peaceful, and positive place to be so if that sounds like the place for you, come on in :)

The other roommate is a male in his 30s who works nights. Very clean, helpful, and respectful.
