Al's room

It’s in a super safe area (“A” grade) established neighborhood (North Tarpey Village) surrounded by the City of Clovis with access to hospitals, gyms, eateries, shopping & entertainment. Two blocks from the Clovis Old Town bike/walk trail. There are two private parking spaces and two street-curb parking spaces in front of the house. It is a Fresno County island residence surrounded by the City of Clovis and near Sierra Vista Mall & Cinema. There is easy access to highways 168 and 41 via Shaw Avenue. I’m looking to find individuals who are respectful and desiring mid/long term housing-room options. I have one master bedroom with private bathroom. The other two rooms share the hall bathroom. Master bedroom monthly rent differs from single bedroom with shared hallway bathroom. All “Roomies” will have access to the communal kitchen & living room area.

Roomies are respectful, considerate and clean (personal hygiene & house) who work or attend college throughout day/week. The homeowner lives near-by property and will maintain the yard and negotiated home expenses.
