A two bedroom, two and a half bathroom condo overlooking the Beaver River. 1840 square feet, built in 2005, with recent updates. Utilities and HOA fee covered by me. Private furnished bedroom and private bathroom for roommate, and shared living room, kitchen, dining room area. Within walking distance to local shops & eateries, and just a two minute drive away from downtown Beaver.

31 year old male. Just me and my dog (a very sweet black lab named Lucy who will probably love you as much as she loves me).

I’m pretty low key and laid back, a little quiet and kind of cerebral. Won’t judge you if you’re a party animal, but I’m most certainly not. With that in mind, I’m looking for a like minded individual or someone who’s okay with keeping most of the partying out of our home. Non smoker, occasional drinker.
