Private room in 4 bedroom house located in Citrus Park, Tampa Florida. Fully furnished room with king size bed and memory foam mattress. Mini fridge/ freezer in room, nice size flatscreen TV, closet, wifi and cable. Beautiful, quiet and family oriented neighborhood that’s great for walking, riding bikes etc. Centrally located, there are many grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, a mall and more within a couple miles. We have a large pool and patio in the backyard. Outdoor tv and sofa, stereo and large BBQ Grill. Washer and Dryer, flat screen tv’s garage for storage, driveway for parking, fully equipped kitchen. Spare bathroom has a tub/ shower combo. We have security cameras in the front and back of the house, as well as a ring doorbell cam for security.

I myself am a 38 year old mother, originally from Los Angeles California. My daughter is a very sweet 4 year old who is enrolled in Pre-k mon-Friday half day. I work from home and spend most of my time around the house. I love to cook, I am an artist, full time hands on mother, we have a gorgeous 4 year old Cane Corso Italian Mastiff. He is a fully trained service dog. We also have a 12 year old sun conure. My husband will unfortunately be going away for work for an indefinite amount of time. Looking for a female roommate, no pets to rent the big spare room and share the home with us. Obviously must be kid friendly, ok with a big dog and a bird in the home. No parties, no overnights unless we agree. Protecting my daughter is priority.
