Emma's room

The property is a 2bed/bath house with off street parking and private yard. Your bed/bathroom would be unfurnished, I have furniture in the living/dining area, however I’m totally open to switching things up in the shared area! We would split utilities for heat, electric, and wifi. We take care of the yard, but snowplowing the driveway is included.

Couple of things to note: there is a dryer hookup, but no dryer currently available on site (washer is available) and there is no dishwasher. This is an older house, so there are no closets, but there is an armoire for each of us available.

I’m a 25yo (she/her) research coordinator working hybrid, but mainly working from home. I have a 2yo lab/mix, who is very sweet and is crate trained which stays in my room when I’m not home. You never need to worry about caring for him, and he’ll stay out of your hair, but you’re always welcome to hang out with him if you’d like. No other pets please!

I love hiking with my pup, running, skiing, really anything in the outdoors. I love a night out or night in and sometimes host movie nights, game nights, or dinner parties. Always looking for another person to join, so I would love to be pals with my roommate, but still down to do our own things. Just looking for someone who is clean & respectful of the space and each other.
