Furniture includes: king sized bed, two small three drawer dressers, rugs, linens and towels, and in the bonus room a twin daybed, antique Japanese coffee table, mini fridge, side table, entertainment center, and TV with streaming stick.

Utilities include: electric, water, gas, trash, wi-fi, and select streaming services.

The bedroom + ensuite bathroom has private double doors, and measures 24x13 feet. The bonus room + hallway with bonus closet is 19x12 feet (room is 12x12). These rooms occupy their own separate level of the house, with private entrance/exit, and a door to the kitchen. Laundry is on the same level and is shared. Kitchen is also shared.

Currently the house is occupied by myself and the homeowner, plus pets (dogs + cats). The house is four stories split level, with four bedrooms + a bonus room. Two 34-year-old non-smokers with pets, one male one female. One of us works from home, the other works a 9-5. We live on the upstairs levels of the house. There are two dogs and six cats in the house, so there are plenty of furry friends to hang out with!
