Welcome to Maple Corner, the best little country village in Vermont! It has a lot to offer including beautiful scenery with Curtis pond, a 2 minute walk away and 2 other ponds within a 15 minute drive and lots of great hiking trails. The apartment is upstairs from the Maple Corner community store, an awesome little country store with post office and a tiny bistro/ bar open Thursday through Saturday nights 7-9:30, serving up fantastic hot and cold food options, open mic Thursdays and some of the best Vt. musicians, from solos to full bands on Friday and Saturday nights. Don’t worry about the music keeping you awake because it’s too far from your room to be heard. Your room is big! It’s 275 square feet, not including the 8x8’ walk in closet. It’s fully furnished and has a mini fridge, coffee pot, microwave and toaster oven. You also have access to my fully equipped kitchen. Shared bathroom has a full sized tub and washer/dryer. This is not just a little backwater town but more like a Mecca for artists, actors and musicians who love to get together for plays, concerts, dances and art openings. I absolutely love it here!

I’m a very young at heart, middle aged single woman..8th generation Vermonter. I’m a long time business owning seamstress, now working very part time sewing and a part time driver for a disabled man and I sing occasionally in a bluegrass band.My favorite things are live music events, singing, going to plays, kayaking, acrylic painting, hanging out with friends and family. I’m LGBQ and 420 friendly. I appreciate cleanliness ( but not obsessively) and reasonable boundaries. Most happy around laid back, friendly people.
