You get a private 9’2 x 11’ bedroom with closet, eastern facing window with HVAC, shared living room/kitchen and shared bathroom with one other roommate. We’ll split the electricity costs and internet is free.

My roomie and I have been living here for about a year and a half. We pretty much keep to ourselves in our rooms most of the time. Neither of us smoke or have pets. Occasionally we’ll have a friend(s) over but we’ll communicate it beforehand. I’m down to explore the city and/or play board games from time to time.
