This a Class A motor home we have for rent after 01/25/24. It is a 38’ RV. This RV will be stationary. It has a master bedroom, bathroom (shower), couch makes out to a double bed. So you could have a guest. It has smart TV’s. It has concrete pad. Power/Internet/Water/Trash/Lawncare is included. No washer/dryer on site. We will be responsible for emptying the waste tanks. Motor home will have move to dump waste water. Plenty of storage in the compartments. We have street parking. LP gas is NOT included. No pets of any kind.

This RV is parked at my home in North Columbia. I’m 2 miles to Springhill HS. I have 2 other roommates. They stay to themselves. Parking for this tenant will be on the street. You will have a nice backyard. I have a patio that we can make nice for you to hang out. If you have a grill bring it.
