Large private room available with private bathroom on West Sacramento property. Property includes on site laundry, gorgeous landscaped backyard, fireplace, pool. We already have cats and might accept another but no dogs, sorry. All smoking must be done outside if applicable. The home is located less than a mile from shopping center that includes Nugget, Target, Starbucks, etc. We’re not too far from Downtown Sacramento, UC Davis, or Sac State.

We’re a couple in our 30’s-40’s. We like to have fun, but not on school nights ;) We work and do house projects in the weekends. Any other details, inquire within.
