Check out my cool house with two rooms for rent! You’ll share a bathroom with your roommate and any guests. Heads up, you can park on the street but not in the driveway/garage – that’s taken by another tenant. Inside, we’ve got a furnished living room and kitchen. Feel free to use our stuff or bring your own, just clean up after yourself. Our backyard has a sweet patio with a grill and leads to a walking trail – perfect for chilling out. Plus, there’s a washer and dryer, but please do laundry during the day. We’ll set up a laundry schedule for everyone. It’s a great spot for people in their 20s looking for a laid-back yet respectful living space.

As your potential new roommate! I produce music from my bedroom but don’t worry, I use headphones most of the time to keep it quiet. I love cooking, so the house often smells like tasty food, and I always make sure it smells good overall. I’m all about cozy vibes, so expect warm lights and a comfy atmosphere around here.

There’s a big TV in the living room you can use. Just a note: after 8 pm, please use the headphones I provide, as sound travels easily to my room next door. My work schedule is varied, sometimes coming back late at night or early in the morning. If you’re cool with a musically-inclined, handy roommate who loves to cook, values cleanliness, and enjoys a cozy, well-scented home, I think we’ll get along great!
