Great location. Portage/ Texas corners. This is for my whole lower level, updated , which has a bedroom with new carpet, a full bath, a wet bar and mini fridge, a movie theatre room, a tanning bed, the laundry room, and the kitchen are shared on main , I never am here to cook, so i hardly use the kitchen. I have large deck for grilling in the summer, and large inground pool, with fenced yard and pool. I do have 2 dogs , they are very friendly , and my dogs do not go into the lower level that im renting, renting this to 1 person, but .i Would consider a couple but price would be 1500. I own my home, i live here, I’m a single ,professional female, I live here alone, no kids, ( only my dogs,) I work a ton. So I’m not here much. My home is clean , dated and I’m easy going, not uptight. I’m Fun and get along with every one. . I Love the summer nights here, enjoy the grilling, wine , music poolside.
