You will have the whole basement, 1 large bedroom, 1 big closet, 1 walk-in closet, your own bathroom (shower only), living room/family room. You will have to share the kitchen (upstairs) and laundry facilities (basement). Plenty of parking (1 car) driveway/street. Very nice neighborhood up behind Home Depot. No smoking! No parties!

The owner’s son lives upstairs, he works construction and is usually gone during the week depending on the job. He is very clean.
