Single family dwelling with walk out basement. Access from basement area. Fenced in backyard if you have a dog. Preferred mid-size dog or smaller. No rock wilder, pitbull etc. Room size is 17x20 with non working fireplace. Full size bathroom, washer/dryer, hot tub area getting it fixed. Living room with a 55 inch big screen. Weight set area.

My brother in law rents the other space. He goes to work early in the morning and comes in late in the evening. He is a little messy but is a kind hearted person. My son and daughter lives upstairs with me. We attend church as much as possible. We are Christian’s and we try to serve the Lord with our whole heart. I will answer any questions when we meet.
