I’m 10 mins away from SLCC, and 30 from U of U. our next door neighbor is an ex-cop and theirs a neighborhood watch so I have never had an incident. there is storage available inside and outside. and a full sized kitchen. I’m renting the place for 650 which includes all utilities. I’m looking for someone who is clean and able to get along with others. Please, no Pets or couples its a single room that I’m renting. smoking is allowed outside. and drinking is allowed as long as it’s not excessive.
