I’m renting a spacious bedroom in my dope ass home on the shore of Quincy Bay—available immediately. The rent is $1,850 plus utilities, and the lease is month-to-month.

The room I’m looking to fill is on the first floor. It’s large and sunny with a ceiling fan, a spacious closet, and a bathroom with a shower and tub right off of it.

I’m looking for the right person to live here.

My home is warm, colorful, politically left, queer-friendly, pro-BIPOC, pro-justice, creative, artistic and musical. The single-family house is right on the water with incredible sunsets.

You’ll have full use of the house, which is bright and sunny and furnished with a microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, TV, living room furniture, a grill, two kayaks, and in-house laundry.

All you have to provide is what you want in your room.

I love hosting social events and gatherings with friends, but the vibe here is mostly peaceful and often musical. My bedroom is on the second floor with a second bathroom that my cat and I share, so the first-floor bathroom is pretty much yours.
