Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The house has 2 other roommates who are quiet and respectful. You have full access to the kitchen with designated storages.

Rent is $700 + $100 for utilities: electricity, water, and 1gb internet, *air conditioning is used to cool in the summer, warm in the winter. We have a housekeeper to clean bathroom and kitchen biweekly.

Plenty of parking. Minutes from SDSU, Kaiser Permanente, Alvarado hospital. Close to Mesa college. Quiet neighborhood and very close to both Fashion/ Mission Valley Mall and San Diego Mesa Community College.

Easy access to I-805 Freeway, I-163 Freeway and I-8 Freeway - location very centered in San Diego. Centered between multiple colleges and military bases.

No pets since we have dogs. Background check may be required. Deposit is $400. No party, no drugs, no smoking inside the house.
