Utilites included with Rent. Share Washer/Dryer, full Size Refrigerator and bathroom with another female. Microwave/coffee maker in room. Street parking or driveway available. Located about 4 miles away from Gwinnet Technical College and Sugarloaf Mill.

On bus route 40 Gwinnett Walking distance to Walmart, Lidl and Publix. Less than 6 miles from Post Office, Library and Alexander Park. 5 mins from Georgia Gwinnett College, 8 mins from Gwinnett Technical College, 8 mins from PCOM, and 12 mins from Mall of GA. Rent is $600, and is due on the 1st of every month. The cost of rent includes the room, all utilities and internet. A refundable security deposit $400 is due upon move-in and first month is due upon move-in.

Currently have dog, does not have children, and a non-smoker/drinker. I am looking for preferably a female between the ages of 25 and 75. No overnight guest allowed. No drugs, drinking, smoking and firearms.

Two females who work one in the home and one outside of the home. Who enjoy peace and quiet. We help each other out if there is a need. If not, we do our own thing.
