The room is carpeted and partially furnished with a queen bed, a bedside table & lamp. There’s a good sized closet in the room and there’s one window with mini-blinds. You’ll have your own bathroom just outside the bedroom. There is a linen closet and hall closet also available. Entrance is through the main door of the house. You can park on the driveway or in the street. Rent includes wifi, electric & water. You can connect a tv in the room with cable but that charge would be up to you. There’s cable on the main tv in the living room. There’s access to the common spaces in the house. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood about 1.5 miles from the Mall of Abilene, 1.5 miles from Sam’s and about 6 miles from Texas Tech Nursing School, as well as near the three colleges in Abilene. I’m looking for a minimum stay of 3 months or for indefinite length of stay after 3 months.

I am retired woman who is very active. I go to the YMCA almost every weekday morning. I’m a photographer and I enjoy reading, knitting, sewing, visiting with friends and taking road trips.
