Stonehouse Drive

The property is at Vineyards Terrace Apartments at Stonehouse Drive, and it’s magical. We have our own patio, big windows, huge ceiling in the living room, nice private rooms. The whole leasing procedure ( me giving my lease to somebody else) would go through the apartment complex, with a background check and signing the lease with them. The whole place has furniture, if you like it, I can give it to you, if you don’t, I can bring it with myself.

I am trying to find somebody to give my lease to and find a new roommate for my extra nice, very clean, and quiet roommate. This is a private room, which comes with a big living room with tall ceiling, a great kitchen and 1,5 bathrooms. The property owned by Vineyard Terrace Apartments, so the whole leasing procedure would go through them. There are great people here, and the whole place is very friendly, clean and safe, with our own gym too! (:
