13th Street

3 bedroom home, Located in North Boulder, very good bus routes. We’re both artists/music producers, so we’re looking for another creative/art oriented person to take the 3rd bedroom in the house. The house has a large lot in the back for parking and much more, as well as ample street parking on the East side of the house. There will be a general expectation of cleanliness/tidiness around the house, as well as pitching in on the chores; we are very good about these and expect the same. We want this house to be a creative, fun space for whoever lives here with us! Hopefully this is what you’re looking for :). If so, please reach out!

Caleb: I have a cat named milky he is sweet, I love doing art, working on music, and building community.

Jake: I’m a bit of a hippie and am into some philosophical/spiritual stuff as well as being a musician/ music producer. Also a fan of art and community.

PS we run an organization called Climatique, and will be using the house to host events including music/community art events with around 20 people. We are both generally well behaved and the events won’t be ragers, but just expect some company every once in a while, and we hope you’ll join us!
