Our space is designed to inspire and provide comfort and peace. The interior has a unique blend of modern and vintage decor. This luxurious, fully furnished condo is available for a flexible monthly lease. Depending on availability, you can rent this unit by room or in its entirety. Your room selection, move-in, and move-out dates determine the monthly rent rate.
The rents are prorated by room as follows:
- $1250 Bedroom 1
- $1300 Bedroom 2
- $1450 Bedroom 3
Our unit amenities include a dishwasher, furnished common areas, high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, dining area, street parking, laundry in-home (free), balcony, living area, hardwood flooring, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a living room fireplace.
About the roomies
A passionate, creative, and multidisciplinary designer flipping basic into interesting. Another Chicago kid born & raised on the southside.
