Vienna Street

Hello! I have a room to rent in a house on Vienna Street. The room is fully furnished, ready to move in. I have a garage that has washer and dryer and I use the rest of the space as storage area. The house a shared backyard that has an amazing view on San Francisco! There are 1.5 bathrooms, so you would have 0.5 bathroom for yourself. I live with two Siberian cats so you need to be okay with that! They are very quiet and they love company, I am sure you will love them. Living room is spacious and there is a work-from-home station that you are welcome to use. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a lot of space for cooking! Neighborhood is very peaceful, very short distance from beautiful McLaren Park. 0.8 miles to Bart station in Glen Park, plenty of bus stops in the area. Very close to grocery store, Alemany Farmers Market and many more.

I currently live here alone as my husband moved to San Diego for work. I plan to join him in March 2024 so this would be a short term rental with an opportunity to take over the house when I am gone. I am quiet, I work a lot and most often I am not at home. During weekends I either visit my husband in San Diego or he comes to visit me for two-three days. I am a scientist, I do not party and I usually never have guests.
