• Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and dishwasher packets are included in the rent as well.
• Living room and loft with flat screen TVs
• Gazebo in backyard with seating area and grill
• Extra fridge in the laundry room
• Plenty of parking on the street
• There is room in the bedroom for a desk as well

The house has been recently remodeled and the looks a lot better in person than in the pictures. The prestigious 89139 Southwest Vegas zip code is one of the best areas in town. Drive around Rainbow and Warm Springs and you will see lots of cool shops, restaurants, and entertainment nearby. Easy access to the strip: only 10-15 min away. A block away from Nevada Trails park, close to several other nature parks.

Someone wanting to stay 6 months or more is preferable. Minimum 3 months. Males only house.

MAIN HOUSE RULES:

• Be cool & respectable to fellow roommates and each others space in the House!
• NO DRUGS / NO DAILY DRUNKS
• NO PETS
• You can smoke outside in the backyard as long as you pickup after yourself

This is a 5 bedroom / 3 full baths home and there are currently 4 guys living in the house. This bedroom is on the second floor of a 2 story house. Brand new carpet and fresh paint in the bedroom.
