Donna's room

My roommate is moving to San Francisco with his gf, so I’m looking for someone to take his place Jan 1st. I live in an older apartment building that was partially renovated fairly recently (kitchen counters, bathrooms, & flooring are newer— they kept a lot of the original character in the living room with the crown molding, built-in bookshelves & the original tiles from the old fireplace).

Rent is $2200 total ($1100 each), and water is included, so we split gas/electric/internet in addition. There are coffee shops, restaurants, bars, & grocery stores all within walking distance or a 2-5 minute drive.

I am a musician and business owner who spends most of my time working. I’m a bit of a neat freak when it comes to the cleanliness of shared spaces, especially the kitchen & bathroom (but in my opinion that’s just a part of respecting both the house & the people you live with). I love cooking, art, working out, reading, & watching sports & good movies. I’m probably one of the calmest people you’ll ever meet & I’m really easy going. My only two roommate pet peeves are unclean shared spaces, and being woken up/when people are inconsiderate of others in the house with excessively loud noise at night, etc. Respect, trustworthiness, and open communication are the most important things I’m looking for in a roommate!
