Our home is located in a very quiet and safe area of Chino Hills. The property is occupied by one home owner. The room available for rent is furnished with a queen bed and 2 night stands w/2 drawers each. The closet has lots of custom shelving, with sliding doors. The room has a ceiling fan so that you can relax in a calm and comfortable environment, and ceiling lights. This room is located upstairs. The bathroom is spacious, and it has a walk-in shower that has been remodeled.
There is also a TV room upstairs, that I rarely use for your convenience, with a treadmill.
Access to shared common areas, kitchen, laundry room, living room, and family room.
If you enjoy cooking outdoors, we have a gas grill in the backyard, perfect for a summer BBQ. You will love spending time there on the patio. It has beautiful plants, very nice place to relax or read a book. There is also a built in spa.
Our house is conveniently located with walking distance to restaurants and lots of shopping. And for your security, we have installed security cameras in the front of the house.
We have a washer and dryer in the laundry room. We have central air conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable throughout your stay. We hope you enjoy your stay in our beautiful home.
The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a three car garage.
I am retired living in the house, and have a friendly small dog. The room for rent comes with a nonrefundable cleaning fee and a refundable security deposit. Kitchen privileges included.

I retired from being self employed for 34 years. I love making my home welcoming and changing the seasons in my home. I also enjoy working in the yard. My dog is very people friendly, and loves to be pet. I have 1 other roommate who is quiet and keeps pretty much to himself. He does leave for work early and gets home early afternoon.
