Hi! We are looking for a Roomate! The room for rent is an unfurnished (queen size bed optional) private room with a private bathroom in a serene house available for rent. Located in El Cajon, 92021. This is a very clean, organized, quiet, nonsmoking home. This home is part of a very nice, family friendly community, so this is not the go-to- house for parties. Be Responsible (Bills paid on time all the time). Be goal oriented. Be considerate (A Big must). Limited guest (Every now and again). Respectful of quiet hours 8pm - 3am. My husband and I are very goal oriented and driven individuals. We are quiet and keep to our busy schedules. We do not drink, smoke, or party. We have 3 very friendly dogs, and though we love dogs, we ask that you don’t have dogs or cats of your own.
