Beautiful 4 bedroom house close to everything in Oregon City and Clackamas. The room is 12x11 with a sliding closet and detached bathroom with additional closet. House is clean, kitchen has plenty of space with a second fridge and storage space for use. Plenty of parking. Includes laundry room and a small gym in the house that may also be used. Currently two empty rooms, can add second bedroom if needed as a work from home office.

In my 40s and work from home M-F, 7a-4p. In the evenings I’m usually playing video games. On the weekends I’m usually cooking or out of the house. I do have two small non-shedding dogs and would prefer someone whom likes dogs, although just tolerating them is all that’s required.
