One completely unfurnished room and one semi furnished room (bed included) available for rent in a house just minutes away from ASU, Kiwanis Park, Tempe Town Lake, and many other popular areas. The house has been updated inside as well as the back yard! Relax by the pool or patio anytime you’d like. There is also a turf area where you can do your workout, yoga, Etc. The living area is open concept and comes mostly furnished. The bathroom will be shared

Utilities will be split 2 ways until the 3rd room is rented out. This includes wifi, water, sewer, trash, and electric.

I am a professional female that works in  Finance full-time, and I love to pursue my entrepreneurial passions in my spare time! My schedule is hybrid, so I will be working 2 days in the office and 2 days from home. I will work in my room with the door shut on the days I work from home. I like to maintain a clean living space, so looking for someone who is on the same page. Looking to have a positive uplifting living environment, so we can work towards our goals. Im not a partier, but on occasion may have a wine night or a small gathering with a couple friends. There may be some space for extra storage in the garage depending on how much you have. Lots of space in the driveway for parking. Preferably no pets. Looking for someone who is low key/ no drama, clean, a non-smoker or partier.
