Seminole is one of the safest cities in Pinellas County. This is a converted garage that has 1 bedroom with walk-in closet. The bedroom is private and what is being offered. The bedroom is furnished but can be removed upon request. I stay out in the living area which is your area as well until it’s time to go to sleep which is 1100pm or after. I am rarely home during the day and in the evening like to go out, so you will have privacy. It has Full refrigerator and kitchen sink is being installed. I am very easy going and non-confrontational. If you would like a signed lease than no problem, I also will take a hand shake agreement as well This place is in great area between St Pete & Clearwater and is a 9 minute ride to Madera/Remington Beach. Within half mile is 7-Eleven, Wawa, Winn Dixie, laundromat and more.

I recently separated from a 26 year marriage. My ex-wife is back in Southern New Jersey and I stayed in Florida to start the next chapter. I retired from a 26 year career from UPS as a Package Division Manager, currently I work for the post office deliverying mail in Clearwater. I am very easy to get along with and consider myself non-confrontational. My immediate family is still in New Jersey and support my decision to stay in Florida.
