Shared bathroom. Full use of kitchen and common areas. You are welcome to add your decor to common areas if you like.

Coin operated washer and dryer behind gated backyard to use as well.

There is a separate two story in back.

Designated parking in driveway.

I have ESA cats that are strictly indoors, please keep them inside.

I like to keep things clean and ask you do the same. I also will most likely keep to myself. As a former caregiver I like to cook and will make meals if you would like to partake.

No smoking or vaping indoors please. There is a front porch or fenced back yard.

I am a former caregiver and widower. I am very low key and keep to my room if you’re not the social type.
