The rules:

No oil leaking cars allowed. Street parking is not allowed in Loading Zone or No Parking areas. 
• No visitors • No overnight guests • No free-roaming pets (dogs, cats, other) • No cooking or preparing food in room • No refrigerator/microwave in room • No dishwashing in the Bathroom Upstairs • All kitchen used items returned after being used “Same Day” • No Smoking/Vaping of any substances (tobacco, cannabis, or other) in unit, on balcony, in courtyard, or anywhere else in the building or on the property. • No firearms or explosives on premises • No illegal drug use • No waterbeds • No incense, scented candles, or other scented items • Tenant will take 2nd floor trash to 1st floor trash room in the building regularly • Tenant will take any recycling to recycle bins at south end of building.  Tenant must break down all boxes, failure to do so may incur a $100 fee from building management that tenant will be responsible for paying. • No running a business from the property.

Owner is an easy-going professional who lives onsite on first floor of the unit.
