Hi, Are you looking for my roommate? I am looking for my roommate since I’m leaving. We have a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment, in Frederick, MD. I got accepted to medical school and will be leaving for school in soon, and will need someone take over lease from Jan 2024 - Aug 2024. Unfurnished room pictures, will give an idea what would fit. Option to renew lease is up to you after August 2024. I have master bedroom with walk in closet and the bath room is located inside of the room. Based on credit approval leasing office and light bill, and cable are not included. With lights and cable it’s $1,100 to $1,200 per month. Grocery stores are walking distance.
