We have a beautiful clean home we share with our one dog Jovie. Who is very friendly but can’t hold her licker! We have a beautiful back patio fenced in yard. All new Cafe appliances, washer & dryer. The best candidate to enjoy our home would be a person that is sober, clean , no drama, loves dogs and Jesus too! Someone that doesn’t mind acoustic guitar and music. Beautiful neighborhood to walk and is safe. Our home is approximately 1600 sq ft. Room has new bed, dresser and closet for use. Private full bath. Room next to bathroom is my Art Room.
