About the room
10 minute walk to beach, very quiet and on north end of island. Must be good with stairs as there is 4 small flights up to unit and unit is two story. Small deck off back with marsh and port royal sound/beach views. you can watch sunrise in the morining! Room can come furnished or unfurnished. NO PARTIERS, NO DRUGS OF ANY KIND a NON SMOKER please. If you like to drink and go out feel free to do that away from the unit and be quiet and respectful when you come home.
About the roomies
Im there only a quarter of the time so most of the time it would be like your own place.
I have two corgis that may come when im there so I prefer no animals. Would possibly consider a cat that does not have marking or peeing issues. My daughter who is 30 may be moving in to my room in the next several months and then whomever lives there would have her as full time roommate.
