I’m renting a single room in Lawndale, just a 5 minute walk from the South Bay Galleria. The room is very spacious, has a large closet and is furnished with a bed and TV. The bathroom is shared only with me, the only resident at the moment. The apartment has a living room, kitchen and bathroom, and the building has a laundry room. Street parking available. The room is available for immediate entry and Wi-Fi (Giga Internet) and streaming channels on TV are included in the price, as well as, of course, all utilities. Being LGBT 🏳️‍🌈 friendly is essential!

I’m a very calm person who loves making new friends. I’m from Brazil and I’m learning English. I spend most of my time working, but I still enjoy my time at home. I like to cook when I’m inspired, so maybe I can cook for my future roommate ☺️. I divide my time working outside and working at home, so I can always be around to help with something.
